2. In the case of shaft diameters larger than 6mm, the pore size tolerance can be held to 0.005mm.

3. When it comes to linearity within a distance below 100mm, we can achieve a tolerance as tight as 0.005mm.

4. For linearity over a distance of 100mm or more, the tolerance we can achieve is up to 0.01mm.

5. A form tolerance can be maintained within the range of 0.003mm to 0.005mm.

6. Position tolerance can be achieved with a precision of up to 0.01mm.
