What is CNC machining?
CNC machining involves utilizing computer-controlled machine tools
with high-speed rotating cutting tools to shape materials
precisely. As product sizes demand greater precision, machining has
evolved from two-axis to three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis
machining centers, achieving accuracies of up to 0.001mm. Our CNC
machines can process parts up to 500mm x 1000mm x 600mm, weighing
up to 800kg. With spindle speeds of 20,000 RPM, we ensure smooth
and clean workpiece surfaces. We work with a variety of materials
including aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM,
and PTFE. After achieving high-quality, dimensionally accurate CNC
machining, we employ rough and fine machining methods with a margin
size of 0.5mm to 1mm. Surface treatments like plating, polishing,
passivation, sandblasting, powder coating, and anodizing are common
post-processing steps. CNC machining finds extensive applications
in aerospace, automotive, communication, medical, electronics, and
drone industries.
